We were at this hotel for a volleyball tournament with our team and the front desk staff were so wonderful. Kalila went above and beyond after overhearing it was one of our group memeber’s birthday. She made a card and a little gift bag with treats.
The concierge was very informative and assisted me. The pool was clean and warm in negative weather. The amenities were outstanding. Good hot chocolate and breakfast. There was plenty. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. Good water pressure and it was hot. I took a shower and it felt really good. I liked that there was a dishwasher and dishes. It’s off the beaten path and easily accessible. The outdoor smoking lounge was pleasant.
Room and facility are excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy access on and off 390. Google maps had a hard time helping me find the correct entrance to the parking lot but it was close.
We enjoyed our stay family of 4 (2 adults, 10 and 3 year old). The kids enjoyed the pool it was a good temperature. The room was very large which is always good with active children as this was a more of a spot to relax and recharge on our trip so spent more than we normally spend in a room. Our room overlooked the BJs truck parking lot which wasn’t the quietest at sometimes but not terrible. The breakfast was not what we expected very limited options, yogurt and oatmeal ran out and wasn’t refilled with an hour left of breakfast so only the kids ate waffles and we had to stop for adult breakfast after. My advice get there early to have all the breakfast options but I expected the same amount of food if there middle or the start. We got there about an hour before breakfast was finished which was early for us while on vacation. Darell and the lady who worked nights with him were very helpful and friendly.
Im staying here for 5 weeks while my apartment is being remodeled. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. I love the indoor pool
Business trip for a weeklong stay. Desk clerk was meh. Maintenance Mgr. came and adjusted my room's TV right away. Hot breakfast available, but no attendant to keep the area clean/stocked. Food was warm at best.
I stayed here while helping open the Rochester Boscov's store, and it was an excellent stay! The room was like nothing I had ever experienced staying in any hotel before - plenty of room, excellent facilities, lots of lighted locations. While I didn't use the microwave or the dishwasher, I was glad to have those on hand for emergencies. The only bad thing was the road leading to the location wasn't paved, but that's a minor thing and will likely be fixed in the future. Not sure how much a night's stay costs, but I will say it's well worth it.
I have stayed in my fair share of hotels and I personally prefer Hilton group. I have never felt so compelled to leave a review. The staff is friendly and kind. They went out of their way to provide me something safe for me to eat! I have never experienced this before. If you are in Rochester NY this is the place to stay . You won’t be disappointed.
